By using the Jooust Gas Givers website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders promptly around the JOOUST area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

3. Product Availability

Stock levels are updated regularly, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund of that item where applicable.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Gas Safety

Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of gas cylinders and accessories after delivery. Follow manufacturer safety guidelines at all times.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
