How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to you.
How fast is delivery around JOOUST?
Most orders around JOOUST and Bondo are delivered within 30-60 minutes, depending on your location and order volume.
Do I need to bring my own cylinder for a refill?
Yes, for refills we exchange or refill your existing cylinder. Contact us if you need to purchase a new cylinder.
Can I track my order?
Yes, log in to your account and visit "Order History" to see the current status of your order.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked and cannot be added to your cart until restocked. You can check back later or contact us directly.
Do you deliver outside JOOUST area?
We primarily serve the JOOUST and Bondo area. Contact us to check if we can reach your location.
